Yes! Personal pickup is free, and we also offer airport pickup and door-to-door delivery with a professional pet nanny. Check our Shipping & Delivery page for options and pricing.
Approved buyers can schedule a visit in advance. We don't allow drop-in visits, but we're always happy to arrange a time and share plenty of photos and videos.
