1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sausage Puppy Central website, submitting inquiries, or entering into any agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2 Inquiry & Placement

Submitting a puppy inquiry does not guarantee placement. We carefully evaluate each inquiry to make sure our puppies and their new families are a good match. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or placement at our sole discretion.

3 Pricing

All prices listed on our website are current at the time of posting but may change before a written agreement is signed. The current puppy price is $750. Final pricing will be confirmed in your signed placement agreement.

4 Deposits

A $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The deposit is structured as follows:

• $100 is refundable if you change your mind before the puppy is ready for pickup or delivery
• $400 is non-refundable and covers reservation, care, and administrative costs

5 Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Full payment of the remaining balance is due before your puppy's scheduled pickup or delivery date.

6 Shipping & Delivery

The buyer is responsible for all transport costs associated with puppy delivery. We offer multiple delivery options to accommodate families across the country. Detailed shipping options and pricing are available on our shipping page.

7 Health Guarantee

Every puppy from Sausage Puppy Central comes with a comprehensive health guarantee. The full terms and conditions are outlined on our health guarantee page. By purchasing a puppy, you agree to the terms of the health guarantee as stated.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Sausage Puppy Central website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is our property and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability
